Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $10.00 AUD per order. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

International Shipping (Outside of Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $25.00 AUD per order. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7-21 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing or postal service delays. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we do offer returns or exchanges in the case of wrong or faulty items.

How to Return or Exchange a Wrong or Faulty Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at office@springfielddeerfarm.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a photo of the wrong or faulty item.

  2. Return Authorisation: Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and a return shipping label.

  3. Shipping Your Return: Package the item(s) securely, include the return authorisation number, and use the provided shipping label to send the package back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement item. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the desired replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
